Led by Pastor Cliff Latham, the student and young adult pastor at New Covenant Worship Center. His heart is centered in releasing God's unconditional love and making sure everyone he encounters is seen and embraced.
His mission is to create an atmosphere that allows God's presence to be encountered intentionally and freely.
Pastor Cliffs anointing for preaching, music, and teaching enhances his effectiveness in connecting with all people. His aim is to make the word of God relatable, easy to understand and provide applicable principles for daily living. He is the husband of 17 years to Chaevon Latham and the father of their 5 beautiful children.

Practical preaching, sharing biblical and applicable principles. Revealing the tools, process and instructions for daily living. Giving understanding on the “How to’s” as we navigate a Life in Christ.

Individuals who are warm, have a welcoming smile, and love people. Capable of answering general questions and give directions

CHILDCARE

Dependable individuals who, love children are patient/fun and possess the ability to connect and communicate with our little ones.

INTERCESSORS

Responsible for praying during service for: the atmosphere of service, eyes & ears to be opened to the presence of God, Faith, Obedience, Miracles, etc.

WORSHIPPERS

Those who have a heart to usher in the spirit of the Lord and Lead by example (The whole team are worship leaders).

FIRE STARTERS

Those with the ability to initiate Praise and Worship into the atmosphere with radical energy.

MUSICIANS

Individuals who are skillful, anointed, dedicated to practicing, and growing. Open and willing to play a variety of music styles.

ALTER WARKERS

Believers who are sensitive to the leading of The Holy Spirit and Prepared to pray

STAGE CREW/SOUND TECH

Individuals willing to serve in sound, set up , tear down, and stage presentation

MEDIA MINISTRY

Camera operators, computer operators and directing.
